Dr. Sobaskie publishes a book chapter on Franz Schubert’s song cycles

MSU music theory professor James Sobaskie contributed a peer-reviewed chapter entitled “Identification in Die schöne Müllerin and Winterreise” within The Cambridge Companion to Winterreise, a book just published by Cambridge University Press. Cambridge University Press also publishes the journal Nineteenth-Century Music Review, on whose editorial board Dr. Sobaskie has served since 2009.
